AsiaCollect is Asia's first Digital-Age Consumer Credit Management Services company.

The core of our value proposition to clients is professional and highly efficient outsourced consumer credit management services based on advanced technology. Our services also include a range of bank outsourcing products related to the consumer lending process. AsiaCollect is also a pioneer in the purchasing of unsecured consumer Non-Performing Loans across the region.

We offer our outsourced services on a contingency fee basis, meaning that we only make money when we deliver tangible recovery results to our clients.

Established in 2015 in Singapore, AsiaCollect launched its first Operations Centre in Vietnam in October 2016, and is in the process of rolling out Operations Centres across other Southeast Asian markets.

Our services cover all stages of the credit management cycle and include automated and call centre services provided through our state-of-the-art Operation Centres, as well as field and legal Credit Management Services.
